Patty prepared her favorite Willie dish, coq au vin, in celebration of our arrival in Breezy. Because her decades of experience told her it tasted better the next day, she prepared it in advance. The result was delicious, proving that you don't have to wait for your birthday to prepare your favorite birthday meal. Uncle Joe claimed to have brought egg ala rouse as an appetizer but it never made it in from his trunk.

I remember Willie used to have the Coq au Vin simmering in the old roasting pan on the patio BBQ as Sinatra played from the Hi-fi. Nice job Patty.
