The wily Frenchman outbid my offer of £74,000. My plan was to serve this with Willie's infamous summer paella. The garlicky saffron richness offset by the sweetness of the 200 year old wine. C'est la vie

How could we all get sloppy with one bottle? Save it for the Twinkies. The paella needs multi pitchers of Sangria. Aaaaaah!
I agree with Sol: quantity over quality when it comes to wine with paella!
