Elaine banged out a version of Uncle Jack's flourless chocolate cake, long an October birthday favorite, for Valentine's Day. She did the original justice and added some fresh made whipped cream on top! Thumbs up from all 4 McCormicks. Jackie was years ahead of the gluten-free fad.
