The Future

The elected officials of N.Y. (Cuomo/Bloomberg) vision of Breezy Point and the other shoreline communities of N.Y.
Might be a good oppurtunity for escalator companies. Residents with vertigo might need to find other living arrangements.

Genuises. Along with their other idea to buy the homes and turn then into marshland. God help us.

No matter how high or low, I envision plenty of missteps coming out of the new Bowl
