Looks good. Very rich. I am reminded of a classic Willie from The Chimes restaurant in the late eighties. Willie took a spoon of softened butter and dipped it in the bowl of fresh grated parmesan cheese and down the hatch. MMmmmmm. Tim and I could not control our laughter.
