Johnny--LH had a crown roast of lamb (hot pink), shaved brussel sprouts with lemon, garlic, and white wine, and turnips Milleridge Inn. All washed down with a Beaujolais Nouveau. We've had the brined bird and the boiled w/celery sauce but I am anxious to hear about deep fried. Happy holidays to all.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Our first Thanksgiving has been a success, and we are grateful to have our St. Louis family with us this weekend.
Willie--I brined the bird and it came out moist--next year, it's deep fry, and the following year, boiled w/ celery sauce.
