The pleasure was all ours. I cant remember the last time I sat with my 2 cousins and had a nice meal. The food was outrageous and demonstrated by a loud groan from John during one of the course. I had Warm Sweetbread Salad with White and Green Asparagus, Porcini, and 12 year balsalmico. Someone said it best "It tastes just like spring". I also had very light spinach and ricotta gnocchi with baby tomatoes and fava beans and spiced fresh pancetta with pea puree. Glad we were able to get together and look forward to seeing us all together for the big wedding.
